Yeah, I agree. So, whats your point? We're talking about weed, here, not those other things. He implied that the fact that weed was found in the apartment means absolutely nothing. I basically said there's no way to know until the investigation is complete.
It's part of an investigation. They are going to tag and note everything. Someone leaked it to the press to whip up a fury. If anything, they may argue that if his blood come back with dope, that his elaborated state maybe why he didn't follow orders and contributed to being shot.
