I currently have a 2010gt500 that I have had for almost 9 years. I am the second owner, and picked it up with 4k miles on it. It is grabber w/ white stripes and has virtually trouble free. It now had 10ok miles on it and I am ready for a new ride.
After debating picking up a gt350 and going TT, a Hellcat redeye, A ZL1 1LE, or a new GT500, I decided I would rather have the new Shelby. However, that market is problematic at the moment, but I still want something. I came across a 2014 that is still "in the wrapper". It was part of some fortunate fellow's collection of amazing Ford/Shelby products, and only has 7.5 miles on it. Full option car save for the glass roof. Ingot with Blue stripes, which I assume is a rare color as well.
I need a back seat, so it was one of the top tier Pony cars, or a GTR. As we named our little girl Shelby (2years old), I think I know what I want. It is coming in an enclosed transport from out of state, so I will just sell my 2010 after it arrives to recoup the down payment funds.
I am excited to join the Trinity owners and stay in the Shelby family. I will post up some pics of my 3 Shelbys when it arrives Although the 2 year old is much slower, we still think she is a doll She also likes cars and likes when I get on the gas hard....so maybe the name is appropriate
