So with E85 what's a good number to expect 600whp?
E85
Ported blower
Cams
Tune
I'm not an expert on this stuff.
Not far off, but you're constantly doing stuff so....why spend that money with a maxxed performance benefit. After the cart is properly just behind the horse, closely study your budget, and save for a blower upgrade with fuel system upgrades, running on E85. Or put it on your bucket list for future consideration. JMO.

I’m with Bob on this, you’re talking about engine mods and things. Which is fine and swell, however one foot has to go in front of another. You’re still missing quite a bit before we can talk about cams and things. I’d focus on making it a complete car, front clip to prevent anymore damage or rust to begin. Then work on the small little things to gather that come cheaply out of most 94-04 interior, then once you’ve had more time and money saved. Venture into motor, transmission etc.

Once the car is in my garage should I cut the front clip to prevent the spread of rust?

Is be lying if I said I ever had a project as deep as yours, and I’ve never personally attempted one. So I’m not really sure which advice to give on that. Is there any local frame shops where you live?

Small update.
I took the time to take off my passenger side door panel. It was pretty rough so I went ahead and pulled the vynal off. I think I'm gonna recover it in my accessory trends class or just do something on my own. Considering going carbon fiber and leather. Adding some blue stitching to give it a cool accent color. Worst case scenario is just put new black vynal over it or flock it.

No sir! I was just saying in general, the little odds and ends stuff are missing.
Well I may have found a perfect donor car, just trying to figure out how to get it here. Is a great price and should give a HUGE BOOST to the project. It will not have a drivetrain I can use or an irs but definitely has some stuff I can use.

Those pics made me wince in pain! You're going to need DEEP pockets or multiple miracles for this project to end on a happy, successful note. I'm at a loss for any more words. Over and out!

Well life just bit me hard. Was back in Indiana and put money down on a donor car, was on my way to pick up some more parts in Carmel, Indiana when my cars powersteeing pump exploded. This was caused by powersteeing fluid in the system instead of the required ATF. The shop that did it won't take the blame.
On another note my donor car has a bit more rust then I'd been hoping for but the cobra has enough metal to replace that.
Side note, anyone in here from central to Northwestern Ohio?

Well I figured I'd give you guys an update. I had a frame specialist come by come by and look at the car.. He reaffirmed my belief that in fact although it's rough. It's a diamond in the rough. The body is 100% straight as an arrow. There is a little bit of the frame that needs to be cut and reworked. The passenger side frame rails may need to be pulled slightly but are definitely saveable. Soon il be measured to find out how far off the frame is, we speculate it's out or square by around ½ an inch. I will mount a strut bar once the front end is square and then start work on a tube front end.
The amount of forbidden bubblegum (bondo) on the frame... its stupid.
