I hear ya on that, it's gonna be expensive trip. I promised my wife after this, no more spending on the cobra for a year. That's gonna be a long year. Lol.

Nah, it's nothing like that at all, I've just spent to much lately. She's extremely understanding and when I've mentioned selling the car, she's the one who talks me out of it. I'm the one who actually said I wouldn't spend anymore on it for awhile, simply because I need to focus on some other things. Hell, when Dwight got this event together and I said I really would like to go, she's the one that said well lets go then.

Sounds like a great woman! My fiance is actually the reason I'm going also, she knew how much I was blabbing on about this event and she pushed me to bite the bullet and take the trip.

Well my wife sings a different tune than the ones above to say the least. She's still a keeper though. Dwight I need to find out if anyone is coming with me on the offer for a place to stay.

Then if any of you guys are saying this is to far just look at what I'm going to do. Mapquest says it's 9 hours and 53 minutes. Not to bad right? Well now I'm borrowing a trailer and then I'm pulling my car and trailer with a F-150 5.4 liter through the Mountains. Now I'd say I'll be averaging 65mph tops. So the 10 hours is probably going to be a little more to say the least. Let alone the gas money lol. So if you think you might be able to do this it can't be any worse than what I'm getting ready to do.

Hell, it's even kinda cool here in GA. I know it's gotta be cool there.

Hahaha that's the first thing I thought of this morning when I went out to the car to pull the battery and alternator. I get out there and the temperature was 62* and I thought "Damn its going to be great air up in MD in a few weeks!".

^Yeah let's just hope the weather is cool and the track a hook'n. I'm going to run probably next Wednesday in the 1/8th. Highs are only supposed to be in the 60's. Wasn't planning on it but probably can't pass that up lol.
