I have to get my 96 teksid rebuilt. I'm sort of broke as a joke atm, I'll never be able to get a supercharger or turbo so a good reliable NA setup is what I am after.

I have a 96 with a spun bearing. Rebuild estimate is about 3K+1K labor I can get a pulled 2004 motor with 56K miles that's never been modded with a 6 speed for $2500. It has the ecu, but I am not sure about the pats/key parts. What would I need to get this done?
