Hello, everyone. I'm stuck with this problem and don't know how to fix it. Any input would be appreciated.

So the cobra starts up with no problems the first time but after i shut her down and try to start he back up, it wont start until after about 5-10 min. I replaced the starter but it still happens. Battery checks out too.

Not even crank. Its a slow, almost like its getting stuck, type of crank when trying to get it to turn on. Starts up with no issues if its the first startup.

Check voltage at the starter when yer having the problem. It sounds like a battery problem to me. Did you bench test the battery?

Is thisnoccuring after the car has been run ing at op temp?

First guess would be heat soak.

First step is a voltage drop test during the failure. You really need an amp meter but you can eliminate most other problems leaving it being the starter without that.
