I don't think I've ever seen a for sale thread where it's so difficult for the OP to prove the item is what it is! LOL
He supplied the serial number, so if someone is interested all they have to do is make a call to KB to confirm. Seems fairly simple

I had a 1st gen KB 2.2 on my car from 2006 to 2020. Really enjoyed that blower. Not a single issue, and make 600 whp on 93 @ 19lbs. I sold mine because I switched to E85 and really felt that going through the trouble of a fuel system, cams, ect. that blower would hold me back. It's the blower that started it all for our cars. Great to see that KB will still restore them.

Has anyone ever figured out if this is actually a 2.2? It’s absolutely ridiculous that a seller would not clear this up after a month... this listing should be removed. Of course most buyers would take the time to call KB with the SN to confirm, but perhaps a new member or trusting individual wouldn’t... it shouldn’t be the buyers responsibility to determine the item is what the seller says, anyhow. At least on SVTP.

Tread lightly with this man. I was interested in this at one point as well, buyer by now has either sold it or is just doesn't care to communicate. Lot of things off with this for sale thread.
I was trying to buy it and OP said it was on hold and if it fell through he would let me know. So I’m guessing it’s sold
