Quick background, my 01 blown cobra will misfire when warmed up about 50% of the time. Its very prominent on the highway under a moderate load, but comes and goes as it pleases.
I pulled all plugs and they all looked the same, not bad at all.

Did the factory install sealant under the crank bolt? I was down there today and I noticed a goop of sealant leaking out from behind the bolt, shown below. Its between the 9 and 11 oclock positions of the bolt, like its poking out from behind the fastner head.

Got it dynotuned today, and had to chase what sounded like detonation for a few hours. Tuner fattened up the A/F ratio all the way through to about 10.5:1 (plenty of fuel), and 11.5 total timing at 5500 rpms but the noise would not go...

To all snow users, what size nozzle do you use? What's your setup, and did you decide because of tuning? What kind of rwhp were you making before/after the injection?
So the blower is on, and I've been staying out of the boost until I get the car tuned on Monday.

I recently installed a V2-SQ system on my 01 Cobra, and used my xcal2 to upload a temporary tune to support the LMAF and 39lb injectors.
During cruising, it feels like the car is bucking when the rpms are between 2000-2500, and I think I can hear backfires in the exhaust (more like hiccups)...

I found a diagram saying that from the inertia switch is the pink/black wire, going to the FPDM, and from that to the fuel pumps with a grey/pink wire.
Is the pink/black wire from the inertia switch infact before the FPDM? Because...
For those who have installed their boost a pump, did you use the vacuum hobbs switch, or hardwire it for WOT activation?
If you hardwired it, exactly how did you do it? I can't find any writeups on how to do that.
What dyno tuning problems have you all had on your blown application? My tuner is about 4 hours away, and I want to have the car ready with hopefully no problems by the time I get it to him.
I got a vortech kit with the Snow Performance stage II meth kit, but its MAF controlled. I've done the research and seen why the boost reference kits are used with centrifugal blowers, but the new controller is well over $150.

Here's what my bone stock 01 cobra did on the dyno this morning. In a few weeks I'll have the "after" dyno numbers.
Just came about 5hp under what I thought it would figuring a 15% drivetrain loss.
After the oil pan has been tapped, was there any reason to have the car off the ground?
I've got access to a lift, but if tapping the pan is the only point where the car needs to be lifted, I'd rather avoid the hourly fee.
Pump will already have been installed.
