Ideally keep stock injectors, clutch. make just over 700hp once sorted out.

So this has been a long road. Bought this poor 2010 GT500 in March and have been saving it from it's certain demise. It was lightly wrecked, half assed repaired, chinese ebay front clip, spray painted flat black, sold, vinyl wrapped black and daily driven for a while.

Beater GT500 doing some shakedown runs in mexico. beat myself a couple times by going all out and breaking loose in 2nd and 3rd. took a few passes to calm down and ease into each gear for traction sake. time for some 15" drag radials

It's baaaacck. So the Beater GT500 has been mechanically complete but obviously have some cosmetic things to complete. Decided to bring it back out with it's ugly face on for a while. Re-did the engine bay and smoothed it out. Installed some go fast parts

After a few long months rebuilding the front of the car and adding a bunch of mods, it's ALIVE!!!
Can't wait to finish up the engine bay and focus on the body

what's the fluid capacity of the stock HE tank? VMP offers the 3x stock look one but doesn't state the size of it.
torn between the 3x stock look or running a 4 quart tank where the battery goes. but I have no idea on the stock/3x volume.

Picking up a ported eaton with a 2.4 pulley and curious about that pulley vs running a 10% lower and 2.6
I understand the 10% lower will bring more mid range torque which is a good thing because I'm adding cams. But is it worth the cash since this is fitted with the 2.4?

I've been trying to find some info on gains from porting the manifold and found a few of you gents had done this on your builds. Mine is nothing like what I've seen on here, just home built garage setup. But what kind of gains are you seeing with the ported manifold?

Didn't find much info for our cars but was curious if anyone had a picture showing the intake port for both the head and manifold with a gasket overlayed. Is there material that could be removed on either port?

Finally pulled the trigger and ordered cams from BPS. It will be interesting to see the results since the car still has an eaton. I'll post up once they're installed and hit the rollers.

Bolt on street car, not looking for max power or screaming rpm. I simply hate not having the sound of my past pushrod motors. Will be NSR as well.
