If it legitimately has all the cobra swap out (seats, rear spoiler w brake light, T56, IRS, steering wheel with cobra airbag, etc) it would probably be pretty easy to sell in the 12k to 14k range as it could be kind of cool to drive just for the fun of it as it's not devaluing the car really. Plus a lot of people could put that kind of money together easier than what a real CO goes for now. Not sure you will get much over 14k tho unless you find someone who really wants it.
You cannot tell this is a fobra only the vin is the only thing you can tell is a 04 gt
