If it's on a Certificate of origin and no one has bought it yet, it's new.

If it's been titled it's used.

Dealership owners take cars home for weekends. I am sure this was the case here. Too much liability to just let anyone take the car out and beat the "snot" out of it

I have dealt with that dealership. They are nothing if not a class act. Their service department is outstanding. I saw this and a few of their other cars at a car show today. BTW, they campaign their own Cobra Jet as well.

None of their people are beating on cars.

Bad form busting on them unless you have any proof and you're in the market to buy it. I'm guessing neither.

Correct the car does not get the snot beat out of it, there are only a hand full of people that have driven this car. The owner of our store put on the most miles. I drove it today from the show back to the store.

I remember when dealers were asking 140K for these cars new and the sticker was only around 79K.

Now i`ve seen a couple of these for sale with less than 5000 miles asking around 55K on ebay.

You are confusing this for a GT500KR. Sticker on the KR was 79k-82k This is not a KR, this is a more expensive car than the KR.

KR only had 540hp, did not have the 20" forged wheels, the big brakes, other cosmetic changes too.

Sorry, I think your right, I was talking about the GT 500KR, which i`m been looking at now. Your car is the GT 500KR with the Super Snake package. Its got alot of nice upgrades over the KR
