[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rRty8k2COA"]YouTube - Dads C63 11.111 @ 130.47mph Nitrous Run[/nomedia]

Also ended up with a verified 6.66 second 60-130mph run.

That was the first pass of the night with a 1.82 60' we didn't spray in 1st gear and the DA was bad with horrible humidity (Bradenton) since we're still playing with ramp in/out rates and levels. Trans started slipping on the 2-3 on the 2nd pass so nothing better until next time out with freshened trans and MHP custom 2800rpm stall converter.

Once we get a solid program in the controller I think we can hit 10.8s@132 with the 125 before going 200-250. This is still with stock cams, stock shortblock.

Thanks

That's ridiculous fast for that car. What's the raceweight?

Thanks! 3900 with cage in (it was in or he would've gotten booted) setup for spray (vs N/A) + 180-200lb driver.

holy smokes, that car is awesome. Cant wait until I can afford something like that

You can find low mile CPO C63s for high 40s 08/09s, even 2010s are selling for $20K off! If you can swing a GT500 you can have a C63. :beer:

Love the C63's, I see them in the same price range as the M3's or even higher. I've been eyeing on one but all the ones I've seen here in Socal are 50k+.

Car sounds awesome!

Fourcam330,

I can't even imagine how much it would cost or the skill level it would take to refreshen the trans when you guys are done with the car. That's pretty quick & I believe the 11.1 @ 130mph is the same time that one of the fastest Jeep SRT-8's is running...

I ran one of them at the track once with my '06 Viper.

It was Big and Black, perfectly clean. Looked completely stock,,, except for a set of Drag Radials on the rear - which looked extremely cool on a high-dollar Benz.

I got him by a tenth or so, but he did run 12.0x @ 120 IIRC. Damn Nice car!:rockon:

That (OSW) was the first time we ever had the car to the track since installing nitrous. Lots of things hadn't been sorted out, we had the ramp out rpm too high (blowing past shift points, car not shifting), one bottle of air one bottle of nitrous (don't ask), etc etc. They ran 11.55s@128+ twice with only 4 runs that night.

There were no changes other than to the progressive controller this trip, next time we need to spray in 1st gear and finally (relatively speaking) run a 10. There's an easy .25-.35 in fine tuning ramp in rates, all in fine tuning the PC file.

Thanks
