I dont know about peon, car has a procharger with supporting mods and it runs 9s.
High end mustangs are still mustangs at the end of the day. All you are driving in is a mustang with a snake badge on it, dont need a ton of mods on a 5.0 to be faster.

Bingo.

Stand by my prior comment being Resale... only reason!

Whats the GT500 replacement gonna be? ZL1 perhaps? Upcoming GT500?

Wish you took the GT500 to the track to see what it will run. The 5.0 would still be quicker huh? LOL

Man. Serious... Im bummed I couldn't get it to the track. IM confident it was a ~130-133 mph car. SOB pulled hard as hell. Although TVS cars feel fast due to all that torque.

My 5.0 was just as fast on 9 psi....

The 15+ Coyote motors are just superior to all GT500 motors. 2015 brought the strength paired with the mad efficient heads and 7500+ rpm capability.

What's next? I LOVE the new ZL1 but HATE that GM put that whack ass tiny blower on it.

I might save my money and buy a new GT500... but then again--why? Because it's "special?" Meh.

A base a10 Coyote with the upcoming VMP 2650 is going to be wicked.

Or maybe an a10 Coyote with Hellion twins?

Or a giant CPR single?

LOL.. hell idk what im going to buy.

Stock for stock or mild bolt ons they are VERY similar from what I’ve read.

Add boost and the coyote walks away relative to $$ invested.

1st world problems. Throw in hellcat charger too, something the family can sit in
Even though I don't have a family,....if I lived where I didn't need the 4X4 for the winters, I would be rocking a brand new Hellcat Charger for sure as my daily driver.

I found a 6th gen camaro that runs similar to this one. [email protected]

Mods include
Magnuson heartbeat 2.3L, LT, cam, meth, converter, E85 (and fuel supporting mods) and DRs.

That's impressive as well, but it looks like it takes less mods/less $$ to get the Coyote to go that fast.

It's cheaper to build an NA engine with the LS/LT platform that makes killer power than the coyote. But the coyote shows strength over that platform when it comes to boost.
