2.3 kb help

Im about to put the 2.3 kb on my 02 harley but have a few questions. What size belt should I go with (3.25 U,4lb L)? Will my denso IT24 plugs work or should i get new ones? :shrug: Thanks

IT 24's might be a bit cold for the KB with 3.25 upper and 4# lower. TR6 will work fine gapped @.032. I ran IT22's with that combo for a year. I'm using the IT22's with the Whipple too.
I used the 68.5" belt it fit tight.

NGK TR-6 are an excellent plug that many of us have used with no issues. They cost less since they are not iridium plugs. I like to change plugs every 15,000 miles, so the longevity iridium plugs claim isn't necessary, and with the TR-6s costing less than $20 a set there's no reason not to change them periodically. When I bought my truck I intended on running the IT-22s, but my tuner suggested the TR-6... he said he had seen many IT-22s fail under higher boost.
