They're not made in the States as it was stated they were waiting for the wheels to clear customs. As to their true origin I don't know if that's been established.

Will a 305/35 Nitto NT555r fit the rear? I know they run a little smaller when compared to the Mickey Thompsons. I'm lowered on FRPP springs as well.
yea, you could even run a 315 Nt05R is you want more hook
Nitto now has the NT05 (not R) in 305 30 20 (200 tread wear) which is 27.3" tall like stock. Also, arriving next month is the NT01 Road Race tire (100 treas wear) in 315 30 20 at 27.5" tall.
These are a couple options for the 20" rim guys who do not want a 35 series tire at around 28.8" tall.

The nitto is .6" shorter than the stock Goodyears unless they are not advertised at the correct height. I don't want to have more tire gap which is why I was considering the NT555r's in a 305.
Are the stock Goodyears actually 27.9 in height?
My car isn't a daily driver and never sees the rain. I want the best traction in dry conditions and want to make sure I'm not rubbing with these wheels. I actually prefer the slightly taller tire out back versus increased tire gap.
Agreed, I run the 315/35/20 NT05Rs

20x11 and currently stock springs but don't see a problem even after lowering 1" planned. I do run a adj pan hard rod to center rear.
