I was at a friends house helping out with door hinges on his 2003 Cobra. Just shooting the breeze he starts talking a dream guitar he has always wanted..a frender strat. I told him I just "restored" a 1961 Strat I purchased at garage sale. So he offered me a really nice offer, a 2000 Mustang GT convertible in crstal white, 5spd. Very nice original car.
We traded straight across. I will post pics tomorrow or Tuesday for sure. It runs very good and looks even better. I have three other strats so.. I could always use a Mustang. I brought it tonight and upon further inspection it has sub-frame connectors and Flow Master cat-back system on it(perks).

Like I said ...it was a restored guitar not original. I believe it was a fair trade. He is an awesome guitar player and a good friend who is tired of playing generic guitars. I'm enjoying the Mustang. His friendship(40 years) is worth more to me than any monetary consideration. I even threw on a set of SVT replicas.

Both parties are happy with the deal, apparently, so it's all good. Congratulations on taking ownership of that nice looking 2000 GT convertible.
