Ran into some friends with their GT500's. Grabbed some pics, cloudy day so nothing special.

Black 2011 has 2.3 TVS making 680 RWHP
Blue 2011 has 4.0 Whipple tuned down to 750RWHP
Sonic 2003 has 2.3 Whipple making 605RWHP

My car's an 11. maniaxracing Ricky Wilson's old car..I just swapped pulley from 4" to a 4.5" to run on pump gas. This car made 900RWHP on Shell URT with the 4" pulley! I also added the True Forged Chicanes, Roush side splitters, smoked lights, Mcleod RXT clutch, FRPP adjustable sway bar kit, etc.

Couldn't afford a small cowl hood?

Yeah, you're probably right that the owner of the 900whp GT500 couldn't afford a hood so he cut his stock one:rollseyes BTW- Do have a link to this small cowl hood for 2010+ GT500 or any cowl hood for that matter?







I believe there is only one aftermarket hood for 2010+ GT500's and its the same old supersnake style. I like the hole cutout and that's what I'd do vs putting a SS hood on it if I had a large twin screw.

LOL good one buddy...I personally like the hole in the hood! Especially parked beside my singlewide. Damn I would love to drive it if I could only afford the gas! Maybe I can hock the True Forged wheels for a hood and some stock wheels so I can afford to drive it.
