2003 10th ann. condition worth?

i am looking at buying a blk 03 10th ann. with about 69k miles on it. the exterior and interior are about an 8/10. trans was just rebuilt and the irs is in decent shape. the engine just spun a bearing and now the owner is thinking of selling the car. i know the owner personally and know how the car has been treated. my question is what would be a fair price to sell/ ask to buy this car? it has also been in 2 accidents.

I hope someone will buy this and rebuild. I'd say buy for $7,000...sink $10,000 on a fresh block and bigger blower....then I'd say that's a fair value for the car....

I'd cheap out. Buy for 7k, turn or replace crank, new bearings and rings, then drive it.
