30 is with both stock and new parts. Not worth selling for less, if you can find a car with these miles or lower & with both stock and build parts for less than buy it.

Wow, there's one for sale there now with 1400 miles and there asking 32k. Local guy with 4 other Cobras just bought a 10th anniversary with 12000 for 30. Doesn't have the extra parts I do. Got it for sale locally too and have had al lot of interest, I'll give it another week or so. Then it's off to FastLane Motorsports for springs, swap the blower and lower pulleys and dyno!

people can ask whatever they want. And 1400 miles is much less than 11,000.

Also what someone else overpaid for a car doesn't really have any bearing on pricing one. If I was in the market for a vert (not a convertible guy myself), I would pay 24-25 depending on the shape the car's in. It'd be different if it had a bigger blower, etc etc.

My buddy who contacted you to buy was a serious buyer but you want more than it's truly worth. He bought a red 10th vert with 11,000 miles today for 23750, immaculate as well.

Dude you came on here asking for advice on pricing and you got it. If you didn't want to hear the market value, then you shouldn't have asked.

If you're not actually selling this and just looking for advise. This needs to be in "Terminator Talk", moved.

verts are a lot harder to sell than coupes. keep that in mind. took me about two years to sell my 10th anni vert

it is a BIG difference between 1100 miles and 10000. at least in most buyers minds. 1k is pretty much right off the showroom floor still. 10k is still very very low but its seen some use

i think $25k would be a good starting point. sell the parts separately, or offer them with the car for $$ more. most likely easier to sell apart from each other though and you will get the most $ in the end.

I just sold the same car a couple months ago. Immaculate condition for the mileage. Had similar parts than yours +/-.

In 2005 I bought my first 10th Anniversary Coupe. Torch red, 3,400 miles. I paid $29.5...in 2005!

Lets just say:

1. If you think you can get $30k, and don't need to sell, hold out. But I seriously doubt you'll get it. Why would anyone buy a Cobra for that much, when for just a few thousand more, you can step into a GT500? I know, I know - preference. But shoppers will shop.
2. Also, start looking for some cash buyers, because fewer banks are financing a 12 year old car - regardless of miles. And at $30k, your cash buyer market will be pretty narrow.
3. Remember, parts don't necessarily add any value to the car.

With that said, I hope you and the buyer are happy (whoever you sell too). I really enjoyed all 3 of my Terminators. But I'm enjoying my GT500 way more...For not much more than what your asking price is.

truth. i sold my 10th anni vert and later jumped into a gt500 with 800 miles for a few bucks more than he's asking.

coupes are defnitely more in demand in both cobra and gt500, especially gt500. you dont see many gt500 verts for sale.

id say maybe 25% of the buyers, if even that, are looking for a vert terminator. quite a few people arent fond of the loud red interior either. its very love it or hate it.

Very true. When I sold my 10th Coupe, I actually sold to someone that approached me and made an offer I couldn't refuse. When I sold my 10th Vert, although the buyer loved it, he said all his buddies gave him a hard time for wanting a "girls car".

Again, an even narrower market...

yep. when selling my vert, i often heard "id buy it if it was a coupe". i ended up dumping it so i could use the $ to buy my first house. it was worth it though.

Anyone who is looking for a low mileage Cobra is going to be looking for a completely factory stock one. The extra parts won't be worth anything to a collector.

Same here! I pretty much had to dump mine too. I'm just glad I found someone that really wanted it. If I had to dump it to a jerk it would've been a double whammy!
