Why is the conversion a problem? Just pull the document up in MS Word 2000 and save it in HTML.....

PS - My only question would be future updates. I'd definitely like to see my dealer, Darin Kreiss at Maguire's Ford, added for Pennsylvania in section 2.1.17

Also, dont forget to get a 3rd key as soon as possible...the securilock keys provided with new fords can become quite expensive, especially if you loose one of the original two keys.....
It takes 2 keys to program the third, if one of the original TWO is lost, it takes over one hour for a tech to program the new key
Keys are approximately 40 dollars to have one cut at the dealer, if they need to have a lost key programed it can cost up to 180 dollars
To program the 3rd key: insert the first original key, turn to accy on(do not start) and remove; insert the second original key turn to accy on(do not start), insert the new cut key and turn to start(the vehicle should start) if it does not, see the salesperson at the parts counter.
I had a customer(from another dealership) who lost BOTH of his keys and one of the only two for his other vehicle, it cost approx 600 dollars to reprogram 3 and cut 2 spares
