Good on you bro. I want cams and have done everything myself on this car but damn that seems like a big undertaking. Cant wait to hear it chomp!
That'll work! Far better than the standard inlet! Here is a interesting little tidbit. I found someone selling a modified inlet for the 3.4 Whipple. Apparently a company called HPP modified these back in the day and did have some nice gains over stock. Here is a nice side by side comparison. Plan is to run a accufab single blade tb, and a jlt high boost intake with a sct ba3000 meter.View attachment 1623255
Switched to fic1000. Getting my part numbers mixed up.Are you running the ID1000's or did you switch up to fic?

I wonder if the 1000s will be enough.
May not be. I'm prepared to swap out if need be.Not if it sees corn.
Thank you, this is making sense now. Looks like I have 3 lines by the passenger firewall. 1 is by itself and goes into the firewall somewhere. The other 2 are connected and one goes into the fender and one goes to the firewall. I'm thinking the one by itself is the boost gauge and the other 2 are for the evap and ac system that get hooked up to a vac port on the back of the blower?I believe that's all your boost lines. If I'm right heres my notes on that.
- Bottom port (BOOST SIDE) which is port that's connected/tied with the lower intake manifold -This is POST SUPERCHARGER AKA YOUR BOOST (hence your boost gauge/FPR/boost solenoid/FRPS (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor).
