the white section is just the protective film they used while the car sat in the auction yard so water would not get in.
When i first received it, the paint marker is from a body shop/insurance adjuster that circled any kind of crud or light scratches to ensure the owner received full reimbursement for the car.
The car runs and shifts excellent, i would drive it anywhere, i have the insurance report/itemized list from the insurance company. Nothing to hide, this is an excellent opportunity to get into your dream car for 10-15k less than a clean title car. Thanks for looking.
