A few thoughts...

1) the seats are wacky. Do not like full leather. I like the factory stitching on the seats of the GT500.

2) the wheels are obviously horrid, and hopefully they are just roller wheels till they put all the final touches on for a reveal.

3)splitter is kinda rice. I can bet my paycheck that the stock one that is the 3 cheapest plastic parts has got to be lighter than this thick carbon fiber one.

4) we already know the hood is probably not as aero dynamic as the stock GT500 hood, and probably defeats the entire work load they put into making the GT500 a 200+ mph car.

5) exhaust, to much like a roush.

Ok I might harsh, but this was a sick looking car.

Wheels look too small and the tires too narrow for the wheels. The Shelby behind the grill is a distraction. The Candy red looks great. Better with the double stripes over the top.

I am interested to see what they do with the rear panel...... I really wish Ford would have painted it and ran the stripes through it but oh well....

I like the recaros from the factory as well...and for the love of god stop putting those damn scoops all over the car (no offense to anyone but enough is enough already) Personally I think the quarter scoops should remain on the old mustangs JMO....

After a second look I see they put in a fine screen mesh in the stock grille.....that is a nice touch....

I would like to see something done with the license plate surround and the stock diffuser with the reflectors in it as well.....

Obviously it is a work in progress yet but it is coming along.

It's obvious they are just desperate to change shit whether it's better or not to somehow justify their outlandish price tags. Pretty hard to improve on the 13 Shelby as is and it seems like to me they are just screwing it up...:nonono:

Here, I'll help you guy's out a bit...

Lose the side scoops.
Find some different wheels
Leave the front alone
Keep the exhaust (i kinda like it)
keep the rear brake upgrade (best thing they have done so far)
Throw a KB or Whipple on there
LOWER IT!!! (coil overs)
If you must mess with the front. Here is an idea... Make all the black trim pieces in the grill and the stock splitter carbon fiber
Leave the hood alone, but make the heat extractor carbon fiber also
GET RID OF THAT STUPID ANTENNA!
Hood struts
Do some weight reduction

Now... Insert your insanely high price tag and maybe then it would be worth it...;-)

You guy's can thank me later...:coolman:

You would think for the money that they would put a higher quality A-pillar gauge pod. Thay're still using that cheap auto-meter piggy back pod.

I really would not want that thing in my car.....it has all the info you need right there on the dash. Yeah you have to toggle through but still.....and at least it is not that nasty looking pod on the dash though I guess.

Likes: hood, cooling (HE needs to be blacked out with "shelby" script in charcoal grey), love the coolant tanks, brake rotors look sweet, stance is nice

Dislikes: HE looks cheap, needs a carbon lower spoiler, wheels look ehhhh, SS seats look of lesser quality than the 13 stock Recaros, exhaust tips are just a downgrade in the looks department (probably cheaper for production and it shows)

All in all I would take a 13 and add the Shelby brake rotors, HE, SS hood, and call it a day. SS is a step back for the 13 IMHO
