I was thinking about modding, but to see how well the new chassis performs handling wise, I'm kind of excited to see what the new 500 will bring! It'll save me spending the $5k+ on the rear end so the axle doesn't feel so crazy on turns.
OP, there was a time, 13 years ago, where an E55 AMG was making the Terminator it's bitch. It took mods on the Cobra to take down the E55.

I'm a huge AMG fan, sorely miss my modded E55 and the TT E63 on my next DD short list.
That E63S is a 10s car all day everyday from a dig, the GT500 better from a roll, but still that's a serious kill, nice job.
Don't try him from a dig though, I doubt you'll have the same kill.

Ehhhhh...I disagree, I never had a problem with my buddy's E55 from a dig or roll when I was bone stock. He ran a 13.1 @ 110 to my 12.9 @ 111.

Sounds like a a hurt e55, those things are 469hp/516tq. I just looked up the weight, they are 3,815lbs.

Your definitely right! I remember watching these videos around the time i joined svtp and getting my 96 GT. Now that these cars are in there next generations its good to see that American Muscle bring back the fight.

I just bought a 2016 E63 S model 3 weeks ago. Things an animal with the auto and AWD. I will be doing the AMS alpha 7 package

I have always been a Ford man but this is a sleeper that can haul the family and then destroy almost any thing you run across at a stop light.
Next year it's upgraded turbos. That will bring trap speed up to 135-136 mph.

Must be some crappy air, my heavier CLS55 did 12.7@114 stock with no prep. It's a 5.bro killer stock for stock and hung with my buddies pullied Cobro
Tuned E63's make 700 wheel all day, I didn't think the Shelby would have a significant enough weight advantage to outrun the power and auto. Impressive kill OP!
