As the title states, which is better for drag racing? I know alot of people will say a taller gear should have a shorter tire, but what about if you add a 100 shot into the mix?

Go with both, taller tire and 3.31's. I just had 331's put in with a 27.7" tire because I'd run out of gear with about a 100ft to go in the 1/4 with 3.73's. Although na I could trap fine in 4th with 3.73's. Youll go through rpms faster just like boost.
Honestly, if you plan on staying N/A for awhile, I think a 27" tire should be fine for those gears with N2O. 3.55s and a 27" tire will hit 122 at the top of 4th (7200 RPM), so 3.31s with a 27" should be good for close to 132 at the top of 4th (7200 RPM). If you are spinning higher, then you can just go that much faster. 7400 RPM gets you 135 MPH

26" tire will give you the better E.T. I ran 10.93 with only mods being 150 shot, programmer and 26" MT et streets. I had the standard 3.31's as well.
^what tires you going to run with the new setup? Thinking of trying 28's here...
Im going to try 28" tires with the turbo.
what do you think she'll trap? 27" sounds like a good middle ground
