I have a friend that is wanting to sell this car. I am posting to hopefully find someone who may have some knowledge of the car, value, or potential buyers.
That car, if it is as presented, will fetch a good amount. Of course mileage and modifications are a factor, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a 4 is the first number on a sale price.
Wow, now there is a rare one. I see that it has a Marti Report. What's the mileage?
What section would be best to post this for sale?

46k. The current owner has had it for 18-20 years and has driven it once about 15miles.
Hopefully he’s started it regularly at least…
I would need more information to believe this. I do know of the Paul Rossie (I think that is his name) that had the black Cobra that had track time and was a well documented prototype.

I’m in the same boat. It would be really cool if it was, but It does seem as you say.
I really don’t know what else to say on it. I posted the marti report and what info I have on the car. I was asked to find potential buyers from the owner. The owner has a flip phone and doesn’t use technology at all. He doesn’t even text. I have no doubt it is the real deal. From what I have researched there was 3 “prototype” test cars and this is the only one still in existence. If anyone has any input on additional info I can research or specs on the car I should add please feel free to let me know. I know the value is in ensuring it is 100% legit.
How long has this guy had it? Googling the vin it was sold about 3 years ago and the website I found said it was either an insurance sale or salvage. Take that with a grain of salt with it being a free website. Has anyone ran a carfax on it?

Did he have it posted at one point? Here’s a for sale ad, though no dates I can find on the mobile site. And it has the same pictures that you posted. I’m just curious is all.
