A 12.4 out of the 15 is easily believable for me. My brothers 100% bumper to bumper stock 11 6a car went 12.48 at 112 in very cold weather with track prep.

Car and driver 2007 GT500 12.9 @ 112. My 09 stock went 12.16 @ 113

Car and driver 2011 GT500 12.4 @ 117. My 12 stock went 12.06 @ 117

Of course I was lying when I stated stock, just had to embellish to make myself feel better.

THIS! Not too mention that C&D said the '11 Mustang GT ran a 13.20 at 109mph.

Have much experience at the track? Bad DA? Poor track prep? Several other things come into play.

Checked my notes and found my best 100% stock run.

R/T 0.790
60 Ft 2.053
330 Ft 5.697
1/8 Mile 8.650
MPH 84.80
1000 Ft 11.178
1/4 Mile 13.284
MPH 107.44

Density Altitude 2979
Corrected ET 12.809
Corrected MPH 111.502

But the thing is the car mags don't do DA corrections and I can't count my best stock run as a 12.8 because I didn't run a 12.8.

I doubt any car mag could get better than a 2.0 60' out of a stock A6 though.

Also, I doubt a stock v6 is running 13.5

Magazines actually almost always correct/norm the data. It's pretty well known.

Not picking a fight, just informing you politely.
