WyteLytning- Upload the picture here or make one on your computer. Picture can be resized here too. Click on user cp then edit options and at the bottom of the page you can browse to a file on your computer or put in the url to your avatar. There are a bunch to choose from that are there when you click on avatar in the instructions I gave above.

Need to change the title not the avatar. I have the avatar I want. It is not in my options to change the title as of yet.
