The BMR site now lists the premium kmember for 1979-1995 only......
The KM743 is not there....but LMR has it...

I'd guess LMR hasn't updated their site yet. That's probably something that's drop shipped from the manufacturer.

Hello brothers/sisters. New to this forum but not to the game and I too, I suppose, am victim to this incorrect design. I guess I should’ve seen the signs when I had a har time lining the bolts up, with no room for adjustment even though the new frame came with slots in the rear to do so. Then, like some others, wondering why my driver side mount (new Energy Suspension) wouldn’t line up. I got everything in but I’m really curious now if in fact I have a 94-95 design. I ordered on 01OCT, along with Brace, and Arms and now am feeling at a loss. I like the pieces and just don’t want to go through all that work again. AARRGHhh

So your problem is with the driver side mount? What about the passenger side?

Well that’s what it was in the beginning. Everything is in now as it should be, or at least, how it appears to be. But coming upon this thread has me thinking I need to pull this out . Strange how this came about. I’ll take pics tomorrow how mine is installed

Check your passenger side mount. I'd be surprised if it isn't rubbing.

Anyone have the latest word on if the issues have been worked out? How about fitment with BBK long tubes? I have a 94 5.0. Was considering the standard tubular and control arms.

The 94-95 (5.0 OHV) premium kmember is a different model and I think it has no issues.

So I'm guessing no... they're going to have to redesign it and then send the new one to wherever they have them made for production which is gonna take a while...

Meh, screw it... I'll eat the $1500 for the Ridetech Shockwave "coilovers" so I can use the MM and their A Arms... might as well with the amount of money I'm putting into this thing getting it looking like new and not having a car payment and my insurance is $40/mo lol.

I'm guessing by the crickets that there is no update on these yet? I'll have to call bmr next week and see what they have to say

I have one and got it to fit, received it about a week ago. However it hits my headers in multiple places, but I believe it's because I have cheap eBay headers I picked up used so no wonder they don't fit. The bends are all over the place and look nothing like other brands. I spoke to Dion at BMR and said they were designed for MAC headers and OEM manifolds which you can no longer get. He did say that guys running BBKs with the 1-3/4" Primaries only had it touch in one spot on the passenger side and were able to dimple the header to get it to clear. I'm thinking I might just get the 1-5/8" primary BBK headers and see if it'll fit. Any one else get it to fit with the BBK LTHs?

This part of your post hurts my head. Why the hell would ANYONE design a suspension part around something no longer available? That's pure insanity IMOP and a recipe for a lot of un happy customers.

They missed that mark then. Multiple people have issues with the stock manifolds hitting.
