Joe Thunder recieved a phone call late last night informing him of this plot. We have tried to verify this with the congresswoman but had not spoken to her, however the person who told Joe about this will be on his show tonight. We know that is it a Islam (spelled wrong) terrorist organization that has put the contract out on Leo. Leo is in hiding at this time. We are in the process of getting a team to protect him. In case anyone is wondering "Who in God's green earth is Leo Donofrio", he is the retired attorney who has filed a case in New Jersey to make 3 candidates ineligible for the presidency, including McCain and Obama. The case is currently under docket at the U.S. Supreme Court and is scheduled for review December 5 and has been fast tracked by Honorable Clarence Thomas. More information can be found here:

I will respond to this with a quote from Leo himself:

We do know the case has certainly been "DISTRIBUTED for Conference", a process usually reserved for full petitions of certiorari. Stays are usually dealt with in a different manner. As to a stay application, a single Justice may; a) deny the stay; b) grant the stay; c) refer the stay to the full Court.

My stay application was originally denied by Justice Souter. So, under Rule 22.4, I renewed it to Justice Thomas who did not deny it. The sparse reporting on this issue I have seen today has failed to stress how unique such a situation is to Supreme Court practice. The vast majority of stay applications are denied. And once denied, a renewed application is truly a desperate measure the success of which heralds one of the rarest birds in Supreme Court history.

The relief I requested, a stay of the national election and a finding that candidates Obama, McCain and Calero be held ineligible to hold the office of President, has also not been granted at this time. So that leaves option "c)": Justice Thomas has referred the case to the full court.

I want to make this perfectly clear to everyone:

The U.S. Supreme Court has chosen to review this case by a retired attorney (who is acting on this case all by himself and paying all fees out of his own pocket) as it has merit and has been fast tracked to be discussed by all 9 justices on December 5.

Nonetheless, the terrorist threat, should it be verified, should be taken very seriously, regardless of whether or not you feel the case is unimportant.

Yes. It's a long story, but Leo has a strong case that all 3 candidates are ineligible based on their lack of Natural Born citizenship. If his case is won, we will have a Constitutional crisis as both electoral college winners, McCain and Obama, will be ineligible.

In all fairness to justice, the U.S. Supreme Court will most likely have to take the case on as it's a suit against the Secretary of State of New Jersey for failing to complete the necessary checks for eligibility before putting the candidates onto the ballot.

This is especially true for Nicaragua-born Socialist Party Candidate Calero who managed to get onto the ballot even after numerous other states removed him for lack of proper eligibility, i.e. citizenship.

This case has been completely blacked out by the Mainstream Media. Apparently Clarence Thomas feels it merits review, but CNN, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, and all the other media moguls do not.

Schmucks or no we really need to get this question answered and fast.

What people fail to realize is this case is important not because of politics, but because of allegiance. There is no real solid verification for candidates' qualifications for president in this country, and this case will shine light on this fact, especially when our own sovereignty is at stake.

Imagine if any president is elected and has foreign allegiance. This means everything he signs, does, and orders (i.e. U.S. Military) is Unconstitutional, i.e. illegal. He can pardon criminals illegally. He can't even be impeached.

Is everyone getting the big picture now???
