I can answer that right now, the fear of exposure. These people probably, if investigated into, have fianancial ties to either one of Obamas organizations or straight to the Dems themselves. That in itself should be proof enough of the fanaticism and grotesqueness of the people who are influencing our nations direction. And to think we let these kind of people be advocates for us is despicable.

Perhaps they received funding from the Socialist Party. That would be even more of a sticking point, especially since their candidate was considered ineligible by quite a few other states.

Neither the DNC or the RNC would care too much at this level to get someone on the ballot. It's been status quo for too long.

That may or may not be true. McCain was born in the Panama Zone, which was not considered a U.S. territory. Panama claimed it to be an occupied territory of Panama.

This gets even more sticky as U.S. Military law states that foreign military installations reside on foreign soil. Regardless of what Congress deems Constitutional, the U.S. Supreme Court has ultimate authority in interpreting the law in these cases.

Title 8, Section 1403 of the United States Code grants citizenship to those born in the Canal Zone with at least one parent who is a United States citizen. This differs from the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment which grants citizenship to all born in the United States, regardless of parental nationality.

yea, i agree. i would find it extremely hard to believe that he wouldn't be ruled a natural-born citizen though, considerin the US owns many territories such as the aformentinoed puerto rico(and a bunch of other islands off of our, mexicos, and cubas coasts).

My question on mccain is this. If being born born outside of the us precludes you from being natural born, why do I enlist people all the time, using an FS-240(consular report of birth abroad of us parents) as proof of us citizenship(not naturalized, but citizen by birth)
