It has merit since its made it to the Supreme Court. Hell the California gay marriage ban hasnt made it there yet but this has so it must be important.
This thread has proven that people support and advocate the killings of concerned patriots when it threatens the agenda of their party and threatens to shed light on a national security issue. People wake up. If this case is ruled on in favor of the Constitution, %52 of this nation will have been duped by a FRAUD. The inability for local governments to adhere to our checks and balance system is alarming and horrific. And you idiots wonder why shit is bad here, it starts at the lowest level and goes to the top. When the evidence was presented you ignored it and that is unacceptable and unpatriotic.

he isn't gonna get anywhere with mccain, that issue has already been adressed. at the time mccain was born, the USA owned the panama canal(meaning, the ground he was born on), meaning he's a natural-born citizen. if you disagree, then you are also saying that a puerto rican cant be president of the US, even though they can(because we own them).
obama we still dont have a clue about, since the whole birth certificate issue is just plain shady out the ass! and, if its proven that he is inelligable for the presidency, yet he still retains it(congress would probably work on that), then we might as well just crumble of the constitution right then. after that, it isn't even worth wiping your ass with. if he really wasn't born here of course, innocent until proven guilty.

That's the ultimate issue. There has been so much mishandling of the case by the District Judge in New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court clerk that the case itself is in jeopardy of being a mistrial.
Mr. Donofrio has already filed 2 complaints, both of which will most likely cause both individuals to step down.
Why would these 2 individuals risk their careers on a case so "insignificant"??

That may or may not be true. McCain was born in the Panama Zone, which was not considered a U.S. territory. Panama claimed it to be an occupied territory of Panama.
This gets even more sticky as U.S. Military law states that foreign military installations reside on foreign soil. Regardless of what Congress deems Constitutional, the U.S. Supreme Court has ultimate authority in interpreting the law in these cases.
I can answer that right now, the fear of exposure. These people probably, if investigated into, have fianancial ties to either one of Obamas organizations or straight to the Dems themselves. Even though Judges are not supposed to use party affiliation to forward or retain anything. Its clear that people have been blindsided with false hope and change that theyll do anything to prevent the New World Order from loosing power.
That in itself should be proof enough of the fanaticism and grotesqueness of the people who are influencing our nations direction. And to think we let these kind of people be advocates for us is despicable.
