I had to wait for some new o-rings to come in for the crossover. I got the fuel rail back on, the 60lb/hr injectors, and the lower manifold. I also got the clutch and throttle cables reattached and the brake booster back together. I loosley routed the HID wiring too.
I tore into the vacuum harness as well to clean out the routing and remove the EGR lines.
The blower is all buttoned up and ready to go back on too.
I still need to bleed the brakes, install the driver's seat, reinstall the airbox system, vaccum wiring cleanup, refill coolant, flash recal for new injectors so it will start-up.
I found I am missing the small KB throttle cable bracket. The powdercoating got into the cam cover coil cover bosses a bit and the screws will not thread. Also my passenger HID will usually not come or will flicker on until I turn it off and on a couple times - not sure why yet.
Other than that I am feeling pretty good and it looks so much better.
I will not have much time to dedicate to working on it today, but tomorrow should be a good progress day though. I will put up new pics as soon as I take them.
After a fuel-off cranking prime to get some oil flowing first, I cranked with fuel and it fired right up.
I got the coolant partially burped - still on the hoist. I need to bleed the brake system, put on the tires, do some minor tweaking of vacuum lines, and then should be good for a conservative checkout road test.
