That won't play out very well. You start messing with peoples kids shit will hit fan real quick. I'm surprised the government hasn't staged a false flag incident yet.
If the CDN or USA authorities go heavy handed, they could trigger a general trucker strike. The stupidity could get real, fast.

GiveSendGo Defies Fascist Canadian Govt. Order to Freeze Freedom Convoy Trucker Funds
Christian-owned funding platform GiveSendGo said it would not comply with an order by a Canadian court to freeze over $8.6 million in donated funds destined for the Canadian truckers' Freedom Convoy 2022, saying the court has no jurisdiction over the U.S-based company.
They've gotta open up the border at Windsor. This is getting out of hand.
Watching the news as Ottawa cops manhandled a 78 year old great grandpa for tooting his horn really was not a good look.
Maybe they can outdo themselves by arresting parents and removing kids for what is in effect a camping trip.

Maybe Trudeau will just admit he was wrong to trample personal freedoms and will cancel Covid rules and mandates.

Nobody else had the balls to stand up to Trudeau considering the mask mandates. Everyone else just bowed and accepted whatever Trudeau demands. Similar is happening right here. Some here are saying, NO MASKS whether you're vaccinated or not. NO VACCINATIONS. But in the end, there has not been a protest to come close to the Canadian truckers. If a majority rose up and said, NO MASKS. NO VACCINATION enforcement, we'll be having a whole different discussion right now, because the government in the end would have to listen to the people. Isn't that what democracy is all about?

Do they have any idea and I do mean idea what would happen to Ottawa if they did. No food, no fuel, no other supplies and necessities going into that hell hole ever, and the Canadian military couldn't even begin to cover the short fall when every single trucker refuse to haul any loads into it.
I think what happened in CO has held them back so far.
I don't think Western govts. realize how fragile a civil society is. They've gotten so used to our general compliance that I don't think they understand that a few small overreaches could escalate this entire moment into chaos.

The Canadian government has implemented a $100k fine for any truck blocking the ambassador bridge. They are either very familiar with Sun Tzu's art of war and are "Appearing strong when you are weak" or are delusional and believe they are still in control and maintain the upper hand when dealing with these truckers, as the support of the truckers grows exponentially while the politicians, officials, and bureaucrats appear weaker and more incompetent by the day.
If they make a move for the kids it will likely lead to the pivotal tipping point. Cops will try to move in, and since gun ownership is so restricted up there the only way the parents can protect their children from being seized (aside subterfuge, like with the gas cans) will be physical altercation.
It will only take one scared overwhelmed cop drawing and firing his weapon for the "benches to clear." Even with cell phones cut, News spreads quickly over 19 on the CBs and law enforcement warns other agencies across the country. Now the movement has a martyr, or worse several and the moral high ground. Sadly this goes from a mostly peaceful protest to an CNN "Mostly Peaceful protest" as both sides escalate over the news and the government finally has their example of violence. Even if the news doesn't make it to some truckers in other regions if the law enforcement react by going DEFCON 1 nationwide, it will naturally be mirrored. That's when you pray for the humble leaders with cooler heads to take charge and de escalate, instead of the government doubling down, and going full retard.

^^That's Ontario's Premier Doug Ford that declared a state of emergency and is threatening the truckers with all sorts of garbage. He's nothing but a petty dictator and I hope everyone holds the line!
