I'm totally blown away by those photos. So do the photos more reflect your camera, or your photography skills?

Nice camera and great pictures. I getting ready to pull the trigger on a Canon 7D. Post processing RAW files will be a whole new world for me.

I ordered one of these today after seeing this thread the other day. Can't wait to get it and start learning it. I had been wanting a DSLR for a while now but for the cost and my uses this will more then suffice.

Those are great pics. I have a Canon similar to that, I'm guessing an older model, that I got about a year ago and I love it. Small, tough, and takes great pics for what it is.

I am sure a lot of the photos above were shot in RAW and then edited but the fact that it has the capability is what I loved about it. I've been thinking about buying a DSLR for almost 2 years now but when I saw the potential of this compact camera I was blown away. If I get into it enough that a DSLR is required later then great, if not then I got a very capable camera for the money. I plan to buy a roll cage mount as well for it so I can do HD video in car.

The real question is.. how much post processing?

Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk 2

I'm sure just like many DSLR photos there is a godo bit of post processing involved. But it's good that this camera allows to shoot RAW files while a lot of point and shoots don't. It has some very cool features and got stellar reviews. It was ranked as the best Point and Shoot of 2012 and even beat out some DSLR cameras in reviews I had read.
