Well this week was the week that Ford was going to be privately showing the Mustang to certain people within the business, but it was to remain confidential. Given that that event happened, I bet someone leaked it or confirmed to C&D after seeing it that this was it. I'm betting this is the closest thing to the real deal.

I kinda like it from the front and some angles... But overall not feelin it yet. Hope it performs well. If it does i'm pretty sure the back end, less hips will be something that can be overlooked!
Hey Ratchet, your car looks really nice. I love the stance.

I dont feel to bad about getting the 14 then. Give me a year or two to pay it off, before the new motor comes out. Anyone think they are going to wait till GM releases the Gen6 Camaro before realsing a more powerful motor to one up GM again?

Very nice. Nice balance between muscular and refined. Pretty much as I've been preaching over the years...
- Smaller...lighter...check.
- Narrower front fascia to enhance the front flares...check.
- Tucked rear-end...check.
- Sharper edges on the snout (like the first new Shelby GT500)...check.
- Moderately larger hips to hold more meat...check.
- More pronounced waist...check.
- Lose the bogus side vents...check.
- Less black plastic...check.
- Upgrade on the usual Mustang cues...check.
- IRS...check.
- 450 to 475 N/A hp...icing on the cake.

If Ford can top this...l'd be surprised.

My guess is after a few years of mimicking the family resemblance ...to establish the brand overseas...you will see the Mustang fascia refreshed in some unique way.

That's what I'll be hoping/waiting for. Not digging that front at all so far.... plus the engine will get a good hp bump when the Camaro is released i'm sure.

10 speed auto? Crazy.

Are they ever gonna go with paddle shifters in the mustang? I'd like that.

Grille delete and it would be bad ass. I like it, which is odd because i hated the s197 when it came out, then owned six of them, then hated the 2010 rebody and have one in my garage now, so maybe i should get in line early for this one!

I said it before, I'll say it again. It looks like a Hyundai from the front. I'm not even trying to be a dick about it. It just is what it is. Rest of the car looks more like a Mustang.
