I realize from seeing you try to extol the forum of your greatness on other threads that you believe the world is poplulated entirely by idiots (with the exception of yourself) but....contrary to what you may believe, I am perfectly aware of the wide variations in vehicle performance due to atmospheric conditions.....
I’m not comparing winter runs on OEM tires to summer runs on drag radials. I’m talking runs in very similar conditions.
But that’s OK. You continue to believe what you tell yourself. All I know is I pity the first unsuspecting GT500 owner that really thinks a Redeye is slower by almost 3 seconds to 150 and tries one from a highway roll.
Mine does 0-130 in right around 10.5 seconds. You really think it takes another 4.5 to pick up 20 more mph.

This. This. This.
The Demon & Redeye have literally made some of the mustang guys delusional with envy. They’ve been praying for ford to be on top again since 13-14. I’ve literally seen the new GT500 compared to the McLaren F1 and Veyron in this thread.
They really believe the Trinity is faster than the Redeye. That claim alone from C&D says it all. The 13-14 GT500 has never ran 10’s even on a tire or trapped 130 stock, both of which the 707 Hellcat have done numerous times but im supposed to believe its faster to 150 than a Redeye?? C’mon
Now to get me wrong. The new GT500 is FAST. Hell of a machine and I wouldn’t be surprised if it edged a Redeye from a roll. I honestly thing in due time we’ll see videos of both winning. If i were a betting man, on one race, id put my money on the GT500 just edging the Redeye. Im talking 2 car lengths or less. Definitely not a HUGE gapping a 3 second difference would be to 150.
Also you’re a damn fool or horrible driver if you trap 3-5 mph slower on a street tire than a radial.
On my V I trapped within 1mph with both. But i also have enough sense to manage the wheel spin out of the hole with a street tire.
