Carlisle All Ford Nationals 2018

I think the weather forecasts screwed everything up even though Saturday turned out to be fine. Attendance was absolutely down though, only 3 cars in my class and the S550 section had a lot of gaps in it.

If anyone else went and has photos, feel free to post them up here

I found @SID297 's old explorer out on the field. Not sure why but a couple of people told me the owner didn't want to show what was under the hood, despite the answer being all over the internet.

Also, That red Lincoln Mark VII was LOUD! Sounded awesome.

I missed the GT on the track, that’s a member here from Mass.

The 65 was for sale for $85k! The black 69 was a complete 13/14 GT 500 with a 69 body, very well done!

Agreed, it rained Thursday on the way down and Sunday on the way home.

Friday and Saturday were great, albeit a bit muggy on Friday.

Yep, that's my old rig. That was a great truck. I've considered building something similar again in the next couple years.

Yep, that's my old rig. That was a great truck. I've considered building something similar again in the next couple years.

I'm still waiting to see the SVTP Trailer out on the showfield!

False. No spin or any issues of any kind. I exited the backside of the track as that is where our trailer was parked, was time to get it loaded. The other car stopped to open the gate, hence the delay to come back around.

ah okay, I was talking to a couple of people at the hotel who had heard both were owned by one person.

It was pretty fun watching those rip around the track, as time went on I saw you two were really getting into it harder and harder
