Hey guys, I'm looking at getting rid of the fr500's and picking up a set of either black or anthracite Classics.

My questions are what backspacing for a 17" wheel that's 11" wide? I also want to run my 315's and was wondering if it is possible to run these with an 11" wide wheel or if I should consider a 10.5?

I am on stock IRS.

All help is appreciated! Thanks guys!

CCW will have all of the measurements you need. Just tell them for a IRS 2003 Cobra..and please for the love of god do not put 17" Classics on your car.

I agree that classics look too small in 17's. Their design looks much better in an 18

Anybody have a picture of an 03-04 with 17" classics? Also, any suggestions on color? It's the front car in my sig.

18" ccw t10s with 335/30/18 drag radials out back. Fender wells are rolled though.
Rear wheels are 11" wide

Why? 18's look entirely too big.

I think you're on crack. I wouldn't trade my 18s for any other size. With the big lip sizes the "classic" wheel has, the center looks really small with a 17" wheel, and it just doesn't look proportioned well. Not to mention a 18x11 will fit a lot better than a 17x11 because of where the sidewall will come in contact with the IRS bolt and sub-frame mount on the chassis.

I like the 18's myself but put whatever you want on your car. You'll be the one to live with the decision.

18's with a 335 will look just perfect. Consider lowering the car too. It will look much better

^ Those look good. 18's would look good too.

First time ever seeing 17" Classics, not as bad as I thought. In order for it to look good your car would have to be slammed or running really tall sidewalls like above in the rear.

Right now I have 295/45 MT Drag Radials, I had 315/40 MT Drag Radials before and they looked decent. (the two photos below)
