That looks like a powertrain mule. Cobra motor, GT body.

This is the "cobra" prototype.....450-550 hp......supercharged ...no shaker, just room for a really big engine!

I have seen these cars inside and out. I work in Dearborn.....maybe a Shelby Cobra?
