^ That's exactly why i will never put a t-brake on mine... I know it's not as good, or as effective, but i'll play with tire size, gearing and even turbo sizing before i get a t-brake. I don't want to blow up this trans lol

Gear the car for your power and get the right converter :beer: the way it leaves is all in the converter

I got stock 3.15s right now, Circle D 2B, and 26" MT ETs. The car leaves pretty good, for 390whp lol it won't spin at the track, so it just needs more power. So with the power from the twins... if I can foot brake it to about 2800rpms on this converter, i think it will be a tame launching... probably a 1.6 60ft or so... which i'd be happy with, and then after that it'll take off pretty good.
