Separate head from body... Suck juice from head... Pinch tail to pull meet out, dip in butter if you like, eat it... Big drink of beer to help alleviate spice... Repeat

What type of Sausage do you guys use?

We use frozen sweet corn on the cobb, small red potatoes, smoked sausage, white whole mushrooms, yellow onion, lemon juice, and whole garlic.. As far as spices, we use liquid Zatarains shrimp & crab boil and the powder.. We do NOT add salt, because salt is in the powder..
