Not like Leo to do this, someone has to swing by to check..
i believe this is the same guy who jumped his car off of a curb in a residential area while speeding and then had insurance cover the costs. he posts on here quite a bit, it'll be interesting to hear his response/excuse.

to the Blacklist... and yeah, my vote would be for someone to pay him a visit with a baseball bat and inform him there are 2 ways this can be handled.
That's the problem today, it's too easy for people to rip others off and no one handles these things like they would have years ago. A good old @ss whooping would quickly cure him of his shady ways...
There should be a sticky thread with a list of the people who can't be trusted so no one else gets taken.... Blacklist Sticky...
Hey shelbyguy, you are correct on the "conversion" and atleast in Indiana, conversion is 3 times damages. So if you wanted to take him to small claims court, you can't file for 3 times the amount stolen. Hey, I know this because some guy tried pulling this crap with me and sold me a bad tranny and I took him to court and was paid 3 times... so I figure he learned his lesson....
