Yes the drip tube runs under the car however when the power chiller is in use the cabin cooling is deactivated and no water will drip. Look up a YouTuber engineering explained, he show's how Dodge implemented it.

Say whatever you want, SRT has huge balls to bring this car. I built my own Demon from my GT500, but so many of those things from the OEM level are that much better.
