Few passes with the cobra to end the year

First pass had the clutch adjusted to try and make it easy to powershift. Had it too far and Cutch slipped bad and made for a hard time to get the car moving the rest of the day.

the rotors your buddy at eaton got you?? are they factory replacements or something?

I go thru this eveytime i post that, they are what he calls hybrid rotors, they have more twist than the normal rotors and a more efficent up top. They were ment to go into the ford adrenaline when it was going to have a blown 4.6 but for canned that idea. They were the step between what the cobras have and the tvs. more like what the gt 500 comes with.

LOL. I've seen you answer this over and over!

They are basically Gen-5 rotors from a GT500 that are shortened and fit in your M112 case?

What did you put down on the dyno?

They were ment for an m112 just have more twist, they are a little smaller in diameter, we had to coat them twice then had sand the lobes to fit.

it made 507 in 90* heat with 18* of timing. since then I added a killer chiller and 2* of timing. I may go to a dyno for number maybe even a new tune.

Nice mph and congratulations. Plenty of power to run 10's.

Thanks Plans for this winter:

New Clutch (not sure what one)
Tubular K-member A-arms and coilovers.
SRA- I hate worring about half shafts.

Car should have 10's easy with that set up. trying to find someone local to swap irs for sra.

That's a sick trap! That's weird you trapped so low in the 1/8 though. At the same track I trapped 102 in the 1/8th a couple times and only 125 in the 1/4.

The car should run 10's now with those tires. Get that 60' down. I ran better than those 60's on $100 Sumitomo tires and stock 30k mile clutch haha
