Out of all the pictures I've seen of people with backpacks and bags. What makes these guys the suspects?

They have video of the dude in the white hat dropping his backpack moments before it went off (2nd bomb).
I believe they were spotted at both the bomb sites then afterwards they didn't have there packs on. Probably a long shot
He didn't look like he was in a hurry and in a panic running like others were.....he's guilty

CNN said earlier the FBI website crashed cause of so much traffic. The whole world is looking for these scum bags. I'd give them a week at most before there caught.
