Ford is finally replacing both of my heads due to the TICK! Have some ??

Got my car back after both heads were replaced. The tick is gone, it's like night and day!!!!! Hopefully it will not return!

My Heads should be in this coming week. Both are being replaced, and the part numbers match the ones mentioned in this thread. All Cobras, 03 and 04, could be affected. MY 04 was verfied and confirmed to have it. Ford already bought back my 032 which had the Tick as well and several other problems. Thanky ou for all of the advice.

Btw the new frpp cat shows a complete set of stock springs, valves, retainers keepers and seals for list of 175.00, I might go ahead talk to the dealer for some kind of discount deal of buying the set, who wants valves that had the edges beat on them due to run out and wobble.
