You will regret going to the C5Z.....I just did the opposite came from a low mileage C5 Z06 to low mileage '04 Cobra Vert.....the LS6 is a great motor but it pales in comparison to cobra, the interiors are about equal with a slight edge goin to vette, but the mustang is more comfortable, cheaper to mod and looks meaner IMHO, the C5's look outdated to me...

The one advantage is the amazing gas mileage.... I would easily get 28mpg in the Z on the highway and 23-24 mpg around town
