It's only been a couple of days, but I can already tell that the GT350 makes for a better, easier and much more comfortable daily driver than my (supercharged) 2011 GT--and that was great!

I noticed that too. But it's so worth it.

And OP: your commute's going to be though the canyons no matter what. You'll enjoy it in a GT350 as much as in anything else.

Was at a car show this past weekend and talked to two other GT350 owners. One had about 12k for miles and one track event. The tires actually still looked pretty decent FWIW

Thought I would share that.

My car now has 1700 miles on it and still loven it.

Chris, how does it compare to a 13-14 for "regular" non track driving?

Way more docile on the street. Does not skip the ass end out over expansion joints. Takes bumps better etc.

But can be a beast if needed

Only thing that I don't like is when the road is divoted and sorta wavy from heavy trucks stopping when you come to a stop light, it can grab the wheel a bit. Didn't notice that in the 13/14. All around it's a much more enjoyable car to be in day to day
