Think. Why would they target 1a? To silence the majority and divide the people. Midterms are crucial. If this blue wave happens, kiss the president defending 2a and this country goodbye. Impeachment, and major work against the amendments guaranteed.
I would sit here to ramble for days if this was just some small coincidence. Trumps “plan” legislatively for gun reform has dropped the age, scaled back the scope, denounced most of mental health, and so on. He lets the people pile in everything possible so there is no way it could pass. He rope/doped them on daca, and is rope/doping them on this.
